Jason Kindler is the President of First Coast Mortgage Funding, a mortgage broker, industry coach, and Florida mortgage professional based in Northeast Florida.

Jason has worked across the mortgage industry for 25 years, helping individuals and families move from uncertainty to a clear home-financing plan.
He started First Coast Mortgage Funding in 2020 to give borrowers access to a broader network of lenders, competitive options, and a team committed to service. As President, he stays closely connected to borrowers, Realtors, staff, and the changing mortgage landscape.
Jason has been a top 1% loan officer nationally for many years and has closed more than $500 million in mortgage production during the past six years. He has also led mortgage teams responsible for billions in production over his career.

That difference creates a responsibility to explain the process, answer the real question behind the question, and connect with each buyer as a person.

Jason lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Amanda, and their four children, Julia, Jay, Luca, and Simon. His work is grounded in Northeast Florida while serving borrowers and Realtors throughout the entire state.
