Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form collects the name, phone number, email address, topic, and brief message a visitor voluntarily submits so First Coast Mortgage Funding LLC can respond. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, tax returns, pay records, identity documents, or other sensitive records. Use the secure mortgage application when sensitive information is required.
Mortgage AI Assistant
Questions entered into the Mortgage AI Assistant are sent to the site's server and may be processed by OpenAI to generate an educational response grounded in approved site content. Responses are generated by AI and are not personally typed by Jason. Questions and limited technical logs may be processed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial records.
Hosting, security, cookies, and analytics
Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, security signals, server logs, and essential cookies to deliver and protect the site and understand aggregate use. This site uses Google Analytics and does not currently use advertising pixels or remarketing.

First Coast Mortgage Funding LLC uses submitted information to respond, operate and secure the site, maintain appropriate business records, and improve site content. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for these purposes or applicable obligations.
