Place and population
SilverLeaf is a growing master-planned community west of Interstate 95 between County Road 210 and State Road 16. Its villages, schools, amenity centers, preserved land, and emerging commercial areas are being built in phases, so the local map continues to change.
SilverLeaf is not an incorporated city or a standalone Census place, so there is no official municipal population total. Residents are counted within St. Johns County Census geographies, and neighborhood occupancy grows as new phases are completed. Read the St. Johns County profile, or view silverleaf on google maps.
How the area developed
SilverLeaf's history is primarily the story of a contemporary planned community on former timber and agricultural land. The plan reserves substantial open space and connects residential villages with trails, amenities, and commercial development. Continue with SilverLeaf community story.
What daily life looks like
Daily activity centers on neighborhood amenities, trails, schools, and the growing retail along St. Johns Parkway and SilverLeaf Parkway. Public event listings often appear through the community and the broader St. Augustine visitor calendar because SilverLeaf has no municipal government of its own.
